Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the AstroLifeGPS mobile application or our website at astrolifegps.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and AstroLifeGPS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("AstroLifeGPS", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AstroLifeGPS provides AI-assisted astrological insights based on your birth chart, including a daily life-navigation dashboard, Golden Moments timing, forecasts, and a conversational AI astrologer powered by ReBi AI™. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices and inclusions are shown in the app before purchase.
• Subscriptions are billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your app store account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its content except as permitted by law
• Misuse the AI features to generate unlawful content or to harass others
• Interfere with or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, the AstroLifeGPS and ReBi AI™ names and marks, and software — are owned by AstroLifeGPS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service; they do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or proprietary marks.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information and questions you submit. You grant us a licence to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight or prediction will be accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroLifeGPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from decisions made in reliance on the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (i) INR 5,000 or (ii) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties such as app stores, payment processors, and cloud providers, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
